The Movement Mechanics prime goal is to get clients to move more efficiently and help clients who have pain, use exercise as a way to lessen or eliminate their pain through optimizing movement. We use a detailed movement evaluation process and then program to illicit REAL CHANGE in your body. Clients with knee, back, and shoulder pain have benefitted over and over by using our system. Team Girevik Gear 3rd At Worlds

After CVSC closed October 1, 2017, there were 8-10 kettlebell sport athletes without a place to train for the upcoming WAKSC World Championships. Mike secured a loft inside The Playground Training Academy in Clovis. It was 10 feet wide and about 35 feet long- upstairs! Cameras and a laptop were installed and Team Girevik Gear was training via cameras! The team had a great showing at Worlds with many medals and personal bests taken home. The Movement Mechanics Go Global (no, really)!

The Movement Mechanics Level 1 Cert at Cairo American College. Awesome teachers! In 2018, The Movement Mechanics were able to take a giant step that has been 10+ years in development. We were able to teach our Movement Improvement Training System outside of the United States- TWICE! Our first trip was in April to teach in Cairo, Egypt at Cairo American College. We rolled out our level 1 cert, which included a framework for a PE curriculum and introduced Kid Ninja as a class/ unit of their PE program.
