What is Kid Ninja?

It's more than a pretend Ninja Warrior class!

Kid Ninja is a curriculum-based class that has been taught around the world. The curriculum is based on US physical education and child developmental standards.


  Classes are for Ninjas 3-10 years old.  The class is a mix of ninja warrior, parkour, calisthenics, obstacle course running, and basic tumbling.


The goal of the class is to maximize athleticism in the kids. With a combined Masters in Psychology, Anatomy and Physiology , and Medical Biology we take a mental and physical approach to teaching often challenging the kids with fear, risk assessment, failure and teach them how to deal with and overcome it.
